Loading and Redeeming Sweepstakes Coins
Promotional/Sweepstakes Chips
To participate, you must load your account with promotional sweepstakes chips. These chips have no cash value and can be redeemed for rewards solely at Division 1 Academy's discretion, subject to our policies and applicable laws. Division 1 Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the redemption program at any time.
- Key Rules:
- Each Promotional Chip can be used for sweepstakes play and may be redeemable for rewards.
- The minimum amount to load is 50 Promotional Chips.
- The minimum amount to redeem is 20 Promotional Chips.
- All transactions must be in increments of 5 Promotional Chips.
Loading Process
Loading and redeeming promotional chips will be conducted via Telegram for the foreseeable future. You must request a new loading tag each time you plan to load chips. Once assigned a tag, you must complete the transaction within 15 minutes. The amount you load must match the requested amount. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of chips with no recovery.
Redeeming Process
Rewards will be distributed in one or more increments, depending on transaction limits and verification requirements. Payments will be processed via the following approved payment methods:
- Zelle
- Cash App
- Bank wire (for redemptions over $500)
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT – minimum $100 redemption required)
Please allow up to 72 hours for processing, though most payments are completed within 6-12 hours. Screenshots of completed transactions will be provided as proof of payment.
Cryptocurrency Transactions & Risk Acknowledgment
Cryptocurrency redemptions are processed based on the exchange rate at the time of transfer. Division 1 Academy is not responsible for:
- Fluctuations in cryptocurrency value before, during, or after redemption.
- Losses due to blockchain network delays or congestion.
- Losses arising from user error in wallet addresses or chain selection.
- Any other technical or market-related risks inherent in cryptocurrency transactions.
Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and high-risk. Blockchain transactions are final. Once a cryptocurrency redemption is processed, it cannot be reversed, disputed, or refunded. Users are responsible for ensuring they provide the correct wallet address at the time of redemption. Division 1 Academy is not liable for funds sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
Redemption Timeframes
Most redemptions are processed within 6-12 hours. However, in some cases, delays of up to 7 business days may occur due to transaction verification, security screenings, or high transaction volume. Players will be notified of any extended delays.
Fraud Prevention & Legal Protections
Final Transactions
Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, except in cases of verified fraud or processing errors. Players may submit disputes for review within seven (7) days of the transaction if they believe an error has occurred.
Account Responsibility
Players are responsible for ensuring that their provided payment details are accurate. Division 1 Academy's total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of promotional chips in the player's account at the time of the incident. Under no circumstances shall Division 1 Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost funds due to incorrect payment information, or loss of use.
Account Holds & Investigations
If suspicious activity is detected, Division 1 Academy reserves the right to place a temporary hold on promotional chips for investigative purposes. Investigations will be completed within 60 days, unless an extension is required by regulatory obligations or ongoing security concerns. While holds typically will not exceed 180 days, Division 1 Academy reserves the right to extend this period if required by law enforcement, regulatory requirements, or ongoing fraud investigations. If fraud, non-compliance, or policy violations are confirmed, held chips may be forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
Tampering & Disputes
Players who attempt to alter, falsify, or dispute valid transactions may have their promotional chips forfeited, subject to a review. Forfeiture will only apply in cases of fraudulent chargebacks or disputes initiated in bad faith. If a player is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, the following consequences may apply:
- Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
- Forfeiture of all remaining promotional chips and/or pending redemptions
- Reporting to payment processors and relevant legal authorities
If a player is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to falsifying payment claims or unauthorized chargebacks, Division 1 Academy reserves the right to report the incident to payment processors and relevant legal authorities. Notifications will be sent to the player as appropriate and in accordance with investigative procedures, but Division 1 Academy reserves the right to report fraud without prior notice if necessary.
Account Holds & Investigations
If suspicious activity is detected, Division 1 Academy reserves the right to place a temporary hold on promotional chips for investigative purposes. Investigations will be completed within 60 days, unless an extension is required by regulatory obligations. If additional time is needed, the player will be notified, but holds will not exceed 180 days under any circumstances. If fraud, non-compliance, or policy violations are confirmed, held chips may be forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed. Any attempt to provide false or misleading information (e.g., fake age, fraudulent ID) will result in immediate account suspension and a temporary hold on promotional chips pending review.
Players temporarily located in restricted jurisdictions will be barred from redeeming credits during their stay.
Errors and Omissions
Division 1 Academy is not responsible for any typographical, technical, or system errors that may result in incorrect crediting of chips, prizes, or promotional balances. If an error is identified, Division 1 Academy reserves the right to correct it and adjust affected accounts accordingly. No rewards or redemptions will be honored if issued as a result of a system malfunction, clerical mistake, or other unintended error.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements
To redeem rewards, U.S.-based players must:
- Verify they meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction.
- Confirm they are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction (listed below).
- Provide valid government-issued identification upon request.
Verification Failure
Players who fail to provide requested identification within 30 days of the request will be ineligible for redemptions and may have their accounts suspended. Any promotional chips accumulated during periods of unverified activity may be voided at Division 1 Academy's sole discretion. If verification cannot be completed due to fraudulent or unverifiable information, the player’s account may be permanently closed, and all promotional chips forfeited. Division 1 Academy reserves the right to require re-verification at any time for security and compliance purposes.
Suspicious Activity & Account Holds
Players temporarily located in restricted jurisdictions will be barred from redeeming credits during their stay. Any attempt to provide false or misleading information (e.g., fake age, fraudulent ID) will result in immediate account suspension and a temporary hold on promotional chips pending review.
If the investigation confirms fraud, non-compliance, or policy violations, held chips may be forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
Loading and Redeeming Social Chips
Social Chips
Social Chips are non-monetary, have no cash value, and are provided solely for entertainment purposes. Social games marked as "SOCIAL" exclusively use these chips. By participating in social games, players explicitly acknowledge that these chips cannot be exchanged for real rewards or monetary value. While prizes for social chip holders may occasionally be available, such prizes are discretionary and have no monetary value.

Technical Requirements
Players are responsible for ensuring their device and internet connection meet platform requirements. We are not liable for gameplay interruptions due to connectivity issues.

The losing party in any arbitration proceeding shall be responsible for paying all arbitration-related costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, filing fees, and administrative expenses.
If the arbitrator determines that any claim was frivolous or brought in bad faith, the party bringing such claim shall be liable for double the total costs of the proceedings.
